Even IF she was a key instigator and planner for this protest. Even if she was intentionally blocking that ICE truck for a bit. She was still moving her vehicle to leave the scene. Video evidence has made that perfectly clear. All the fevered rhetoric, like what you're using, shouldn't overshadow that an ICE agent just shot and KILLED someone that was trying to leave the situation.
All of this is worst case on her part... what if she had just dropped her kids off at school, and was just on her way home and got caught up in the middle of all this? What then? I suspect because of Trumps rush to judgement, that it won't matter for her or her family.
These means just aren't justifiable any more...

Her wife is outside the car filming in an attempt to goad officers into doing something reckless and catch it on camera.

In the clip I saw, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara described the woman as being in her vehicle and that her car was judged to be at least partially "blocking the roadway".
Nothing about it being deliberate, nothing about it being obstruction. Those are your lies.
He also called for a criminal investigation of the shooting.

I have decided to turn around in a street, yes. Never in a city street and never in a busy place. It was a bad driving decision. Punishable by death, according to some, it seems.
Why was she waving cars through? She paused in her 3-point turn, seeing that she might be perceived as being in the way, backed up more to be less in the way, and waved cars through to indicate that it wasn't her intent at all to block traffic. Then a car came up all filled with self-importance and couldn't be bothered to drive around her.
