Like Noem, Kash should just stay out of the limelight.
Because both their organizations are/ were operating so damn effectively. What DHS did during her tenure bringing the U.S. to net out migration for the first time in decades was truly remarkable. The apprehensions combined with self-deportations numbers truly record setting. It was effective, even if she was a poor face for the operations.
Similarly this FBI is kicking the Biden administrations ass on arrests of violent offenders. Despite unsubstantiated accusations of statistical manipulation you’d just have to be a regular partisan shithead to argue they aren’t doing a much better job of getting violent criminals off the streets. Which I what I thought the FBI was supposed to be about after all.
