I was talking about this with a friend the other day. If they release all this info and there is zero accountability, we were thinking the possibility of someone taking matters in their own hands could be high. I'm not rooting for that - even for the worst of the worst I'd rather see them face legal justice and penalties - but I wouldn't be surprised if someone pulls a Luigi Mangione with one of these high profile people implicated in some of the more messed up and evil things mentioned in the Epstein files.

Nah, it's simpler than that. There are pages released that explicitly accuse Trump of everything from rape to accessory to murder. One side latches onto these, the other dismisses them. Then we have pages that explicitly credit Trump with narcing on Epstein. Why expect any different? It's just simple selection bias, that's all. Every single person in this thread made up their minds about all this stuff long before any of this was released.

We have heard from Trump himself and from others defending him some totally different stories, that -He thought Epstein was too creepy; -Epstein hired people who had been working at Mar-a-Lago; -Epstein and Trump had a falling out over a property that they both wanted and Epstein got, through some allegedly underhanded means.
The weight of the evidence would seem to suggest that Trump wasn't bothered so much by Epstein liking and maybe even raping "girls on the younger side" but at some point a business deal or action by Epstein led to Donald distancing himself from his former "best friend" (Donald's words)
