Actually, I don't think there has ever been a "Client List." I think it was part of a silly conspiracy theory that was entirely cooked up in MAGA World and believed without any evidence at all by MAGA World. I think most of the facts come out at Maxwell's trial, including the flight logs and testimony as to who was possibly involved. There was no evidence that Trump or Clinton was involved in any wrongdoing.
However, the idea that Bondi and Patel are now covering up Trump's involvement has just as much supporting evidence as the original MAGA World conspiracy theory. The President also said he was never on Epstein's plane at all though the logs and the pilot's testimony show he was on the plane seven times. The President saying he was never on the plane at all supports this new conspiracy theory (which, by the way, I don't personally believe). Why would he lie, other than the fact that he reflexively lies a lot.
Trump never said he wasn't on the plane. He said he had been on it, just not to the island.

What's the judicial rule on spoliation--the jury is entitled to draw the inference that had the evidence been produced, it would have been prejudicial to the party who is responsible for the spoliation.
