I have no idea who is or isn't on the list. This is a bad look though for Trump's DOJ with all the parading of influencers going to the white house and touting binders labeled "epstein files phase 1" and now there's nothing. The video they released of his door that they claim was his cell that he died in isn't even the correct cell when you look at the police photos of when he died.
They're losing trust from even the most far right wing of the GOP.

I honestly don't know what's in the Esptein files that we don't already know. It was my personal belief that until recently we probably knew just about everything in them. All that said, I have no idea what any hidden or classified information the intelligence community may have on Jeffrey Epstein. I do know that Pam Bondi claimed to have the client list on her desk earlier this year. And when Trump was asked directly, if he'd release the Epstein files he tripped over his words. Unless he or one of his family members were somehow implicated, I find it hard to believe Trump would have a problem with affecting anyone else's life, as he suggested in that clip. That's not really his M.O.
I have no idea why the Biden administration didn't open the files up. Save for top law officials in the Trump administration demanding their release for the better part of the last 6 years only to fink out when they finally are in a position to do so I probably wouldn't think much of them now. It's just weird how sure they were that the government had smoking gun evidence that would bring down people all over the globe and now their take is a collective shrug.
