I don't think a little less grift is justified or acceptable because the other side is grifting more. They all deserve to spend time behind bars, regardless of party or elected vs. appointed vs. hired. The worst of them for the rest of their lives.
Edited to add that if we quit supporting the insanity and backstopping the idiotic decisions with tax dollars, we'd see a lot less of both.

The saddest part of all of this is that this thread was started at roughly 10am EDT on a Sunday and that so many of you have nothing else to do with your lives on a Sunday than build up 4-pages of babbling back and forth at one another on a Sunday in the summer. Hell, 2/3 of the comments are just Sharin in Carmel talking to himself.
Message boards are meant for discussion M-F from 8-5. Do it on 'The Man's' time, not when you could be enjoying life, your family (if you have one that loves you and aren't divorced multiple times), your friends, reading a good book, watching sports, playing golf, cruising to 3-4 breweries nearby.
