Reading through, I miss the posters that didn't come over but especially Hoot and Crazed. Crazed is someone I disagreed with on most everything, but could completely understand his viewpoint. Also, one who hadn't posted much lately, I had that feeling with Rockport.
Crazed was probably the best "conservative" poster we had. His arguments were always cogent, concise, and logically consistent. He was principled but not doctrinaire, and more than willing to criticize his "tribe" and give props to the "opposition" when warranted.
And while I didn't get to enjoy much of Rockfish (he bailed not long after I showed up) I loved what I saw, even the stuff he wasn't all that proud of. I knew I'd made it when in a heated back and forth with him I got my first Cooler "Fvck You."
