I'm going to guess that was made during the attempt at a bipartisan overhaul of the immigration law that was eventually shot down.

There was a reason why Obama was given the nickname "deporter in chief".

Although the massive numbers of illegals that he deported were not abducted by unidentified, un-uniformed masked thugs and deprived of due process.
