First of all. These states cooperate with ICE and aren’t sanctuary states. ICE picks up illegals from local jails and info shares with state and local authorities. It’s a far more efficient and less disruptive use of resources.
Of course they also have larger illegal immigrant populations. They’re much larger states and are border states and/ or much further south.
The fraud statistic is not limited to federal fraud and is based on incidence not dollar amount. The dollar amount in Minnesota is rather unprecedented and evidences a willful blindness and/ or complicity from state and local government.

I know a ton about the medicare fraud perpetuated in Fla. It's actually similar to Minny with the empty offices, coverage/services never provided, etc. However, a germane distinguishing factor is that wasn't perpetuated by immigrants we brought in, who are incredibly uneducated and difficult to assimilate with a culture of piracy etc., and sending the proceeds to terrorists. That's an important difference wouldn't you agree? It sucks you have these people getting killed, but just like Ashli Babbitt, they are doing things in a tense situation that is being stirred up by politicians.
ICE has a legitimate job to do. For decades we have had sanctuary cities and certain states indicating that they don't get involved in immigration because that is a federal issue. Well the Feds are there now doing their job. These pritestors need to be told to go home and stop impeding law enforcement. Furthermore, showing up to a "protest" where you know law enforcement is on edge with a hun and then getting into an altercation is beyond stupid. Should it be a death sentence? No. But what a flipping idiot.
Immigration enforcement is happening. The illegal population is going back one way or another while this administration is in charge. Progressives are going to have to deal with that until the next election much like those of us who didn't like the wide open borders had to wait for the Biden administration to get dumped. That is how things work here. So no, ICE doesn't need to leave, they need to roll in the FBI (not military) and start doing the job that Tim and Jacob won't do.
