It says that the Russians were not able to break into the voting systems to change votes.
That is not even remotely the same thing as saying that they did not impact the election with their cyber-campaign to support Donald Trump (regardless of whether there was collusion or not).
There is no change here. The intelligence agencies and a Republican led Senate Committee all found that Russia tried to influence the election. She fell for the "Hillary Clinton paid for Chelsea's wedding with funds from the Clinton Foundation" story. Donna told me that was the biggest reason she voted for Trump and had she known that the story was false, she would have voted for Hillary. Regretted voting for Trump. Didn't vote for him in 2020 (haven't seen her to know who she voted for in 2024).

@squeakyclean and Donna knows for sure the source of the information she saw was Russian? Just assuming? If you’re seeing something false online in 2016 or now, odds are overwhelming that the source is not Russian. But you fixate on the Russians? Why?
Tell Donna she was still directionally correct anyway because tales of the Clinton Foundation being a cesspool of graft and corruption are legion. Hopefully she sleeps better tonight.
