Good advice but, as you’ve implied, that (DVT, throwing a clot) is not what happened to Graham. It was an aortic tear.

No need to get divorced. I did this with my stoker in 2019. Bought an Audi Cabrio, stayed mostly in vintage restored hotels, drove 22k miles, saw a shit ton of museums, galleries. parks, etc. Best thing we ever did. Maybe second best.

I'm looking at making a career change. If I can find it, I'd like the new job to be fully remote. If that happens, I'd take about 5-6 months to get used to the job and just sort of be nomadic and live in different places. A guy who used to work for me in sort of does this now. He's from Connecticut, but hasn't lived there regularly in a few years.
He's lived in Florida for a bit, was out west for a few months and ended up living in Cleveland of all places for a girl. He's divorced, has no kids and travels a ton for work anyway, so it works for him.
