The Financial Times reports that the little man is petrified of assassination or a coup and has been working from a bunker. He has stopped visiting his mansions around the country and is imposing all kinds of security requirements on his staff and others in his circle.

He was never the same after Covid.   Even after he was vaccinated, he was photographed hosting meetings at tables thirty feet long.  He'd be sitting at one end, and the other guy(s) would be so far away he'd have to almost shout to be heard.  Wacky.

Zelensky and his boys are getting pretty adept at drone warfare.  Hell, maybe Putin's concerns are legit.

Cause nobody could force him to "believe the science" when he saw the shit being peddled didn't stop you from getting it.

Just before Putin invaded Ukraine, he referred to Zelensky as "my beauty," mocking his manhood.  When the war began, and the global consensus was that Kyiv would fall within a few days, Biden offered Zelensky and his family safe passage out of the country.  Zelensky responded with one of my favorite quotes of all time: "I need ammunition, not a ride."

Putin's "beauty" now has the former KGB assassin scared shitless.  He's even afraid to roll out his shiny military equipment for the annual Victory Day parade.  Then again, maybe there isn't any shiny military equipment remaining.

Russia to hold Victory Day parade without military equipment for 1st time in nearly two decades

Maybe he should knock down part of the Kremlin and get the Russian taxpayers to pay for a new security blanket ballroom.
