Any pics that anyone found online of me are "before" not "after".
124 pounds lost, as of today, over 6 years. 3x shirt to 2X shirt to XL shirt. Gonna buy same L ones very soon. Pants 52/32 -->36/32.
Not done. Lately I'm losing ~3 lbs a month. Aiming to be under 30 BMI by early next year and under 25 (normal healthy weight range) by 2027. BMI in Sept 2019 was high 40s.
I have a very supportive wife and family. Unlike you, where every woman you meet, after the first date, immediately "enters the transfer portal".
@shooter congrats and best of luck on your weight loss journey assuming it’s not another of your fabrications. That is seriously impressive and takes discipline.
Did you use any GLP-1’s or go the old fashion way?

aww the redneck said dumb 3 times. must mean it is true.
@shooter bwahahaha your being a pig who couldn’t attract anything but other pigs is the least of your issues. Your obsession with pedo shit probably isn’t even at the top. Tho it is concerning albeit not surprising.
Interesting quote from the mayor from the article.
My kids left half hour before this happened. There's a lot of families down their enjoying the rides, Food and to look at all the animals for 4H. Thank God nobody was hurt.
This world has gone to shit.
The mayor of Auburn also shared a statement:
Public safety will always remain the top priority for the City of Auburn. I commend the Auburn Police Department, Auburn Fire Department, DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department, and the Indiana State Police for their swift actions in securing the scene and protecting our community. The City of Auburn is committed to working hand in hand with our public safety partners to ensure that the safety and well-being of our residents is always at the forefront. We have already reached out to the Dream Team to assure them that their upcoming Auburn Annual will be closely monitored and that the City will do everything in our power to keep such a prestigious event in our town.

Thanks, I guess... I have never fabricated anything. No GLP-1's yet. I'm not opposed to them. I have considered it when getting stuck sometimes and it would make the progress faster. My employer has a weight loss program and would actually pay for them, so maybe I am stupid to not use them, but the program also covers nutritionist visits, meal plans, a fitbit, etc.
Just 6 years of regular nutritionist counseling, low carbs, high protein, no fast food, little eating out, a transition from having meat every meal to maybe 3-4 meals per week with meat, no sugary drinks ever, no carbonation ever, almost no beer (a sad one), other alcohol very sparingly, never eating without being hungry, eating very slowly, dessert rarely, healthy snacks, no snacks during TV time, at meals never eating until stuffed but merely eating until not hungry, and MAJOR regular, hourly hydration. Like >120 oz/day hydration. Water bottle with me at all times.
Nobody can start doing all of that all at once, I added extra restrictions over time, but that's where I am. Not an easy road. Also, I think the biggie was getting back into biking, riding an average of ~120 miles a month, except during 3 months after knee replacement. I just passed 1,050 miles for 2025. In weeks that I don't do a bike ride, I plateau. In weeks that I do 30 miles or more, I'm back on track.
Knee surgery in April last year did prompt a major backsliding session. The lack of physical activity and me feeling sorry for myself with immobility and knee pain, living on Blue Bell ice cream and snacks, saw me gain 30 back. So that took 10 months of effort to reverse but I did it, and now I am at my lowest weight since the 1990s.

Kudos. Hope you can keep it off. Sounds like you've made a habit of these lifestyle changes so your prospects are good.@shooter congrats and best of luck on your weight loss journey assuming it’s not another of your fabrications. That is seriously impressive and takes discipline.

This was clearly a false flag operation.

Fortunately not. Had there been a blue mayor, there would have been 63 shots, 2 dead, and 5 wounded.

Nope, this has been a 6 year effort and counting. Slow and somewhat steady.
