Polling has indicated an overwhelming desire for independence since at least 2016.
Danes still have a say in the matter and need to approve it. Also, Greenlanders are talking out of both sides of their mouth as the polling says they don’t want independence if it means a lower standard of living.
Seems to me, if the Danes were the benevolent masters we’re lead to believe, they would have granted independence and continued to subsidize Greenland as necessary to maintain standard of living.

Their desire only changed after it became clear Trump was serious about acquiring it and the EU pumped Greenland full of propaganda. They were very pro American a year ago and would be much better off under America.
Greenland controlling Greenland by themselves is impossible. There are more people in Bloomington than all of Greenland which is about 35% larger than Alaska. They need us.

Those 13 colonies did well. Never needed Britain nor France.
He's correct. I haven't seen anyone on here advocating for invading and taking it by military on here either. I disagree with the last part on Trump's tactics. I think they're very effective.

Yeah that's a great comparison. No differences at all. Greenland is basically a frozen tundra and the population isn't gonna go up. Only the US Navy can secure it.
