Will they get away with it or be caught as the authorities vow?

I'm betting on catching them.
I'd be shocked if they don't catch relatively soon. Between forensics and omnipresent cameras, I feel like it'd be hard to get away with something like this for very long. Throw in a monetary reward for information leading to their arrest and I'd have to say the odds are stacked against them.
I heard it suggested the jewels have probably already been cut up and used for money laundering. Why couldn't these people use Bitcoin like all the other money launderers.

True, I'm still betting on them being caught, but I wouldn't be totally shocked if they do get away with it. They probably already have some super rich buyers who like to collect this sort of stuff and keep it in their vaults for years not showing it to anyone except other super rich collectors. Will they get away with it or be caught as the authorities vow?

They're probably just migrants hoping to find a better life. Why should they have to return the jewels?
They left behind gloves, tools, other stuff that is sure to have DNA evidence on it. Plus camera footage. I give them a week at most.
As to the jewelry, I am sure that their plan is not to keep any of these very famous pieces intact, but rather to remove precious gems from the settings and sell them as being high quality gems that aren't easily identified. So time is of the essence if they want to recover things.

It wasn't me but if it was there may be signs...

They were probably just white nationalists that were nothing more than tourists in the wrong place
Another reason today’s world sucks. Will they get away with it or be caught as the authorities vow?

There are many very good heist movies. The Oceans series, Heist, Score, 2 Italian jobs, Heat and many more. Which ones are your favorites?
Im going with The Killing starring Sterling Hayden. I was 13 when I saw it and it stuck with me. Great flick.
