EDIT: I read the article. She didn't criticize Groberg, the MoH recipient. She criticized the Army's choice of featuring him and others who are Democrats who have lately been featured.
She shouldn't have done it, but I don't see any personal disrespect for his service, nor was there any denigration of him, personally.
Groberg doesn't seem to have a problem with Hegseth:
