I think most, if not all of these late night hosts will likely end up exclusively online similar to what Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly are doing. I think that's probably how most people see their shows anyway. I haven't stayed up to watch an 11:30 show in ages and anytime I've seen a clip of one of their shows it's on YouTube or social media.
As an aside, I used to travel to New York a lot for work and stayed in a hotel to the side and above of the Ed Sullivan Theater marquee.
