@aloha-hoosier 🤣🤣🤣.  Don’t trust Rachel Maddow or HuffPost “legal scholars.”  This doesn’t require anything more than a one minute review of the dispositions, but of course you wouldn’t know that.

I don’t watch Maddow or read Huff Post.

Giving up on your fake ID?

@aloha-hoosier

I explained the SW issue.  Cannon decided the issue based on the Government Affidavit.  The Affidavit was deceptive with its omission.  Not the first time the FBI has problems with affidavits.

@aloha-hoosier Unlike the Hoosier from Colorado you attempt to speak with authority while knowing nothing.  It’s extremely unattractive.  Your assertion that he had the goods is the point. Yet he blew it. Procedure is everything. He’s a terrible lawyer 😉

Is there a better Democratic statement about its mind-numbing absence of a policy agenda than this?  Unbelievable!

No. Trump’s lawyers presented their side of the issue too, and she ruled in favor of the government. This has been linked, but I don’t think you’ve ready any of them. Not the Smith Report, not the deposition or the transcript, and possibly not the article about the hearing.

Those of you that haven’t read the article and at least some of the key parts the transcript should refrain from commenting on the hearing. This isn’t supposed to be Facebook or X where Twitter Twits make shit up. And there making up a ton of shit today.

COH will take any position, no matter how ludicrous, how wrongheaded, how incongruous, as long as it supports Trump or diminishes his outrages. It's been sad to watch.

@unclemark I fear neither you and certainly not @aloha-hoosier know what you are talking about.  The documents case was the slam dunk.  But they filed it in Fla instead of DC.  The special prosecutor mess that Cannon used as the basis of the dismissal contravened precedent.  They should have anticipated things like this when they elected to prosecute in Fla.  They should have 1) chosen differently and 2) made everything so buttoned up that no delay would be occasioned.  Dilatory tactics.  Moving too slowly from the advent.  Terrible lawyering.  It's not debatable.  The outcomes speak for themselves.  Any opinion to the country is nothing more than bias.  That our Army man is impressed by this idiot Smith is just more TDS.  Trump was guilty.  Beyond any doubt.  The lawyers messed it up because they were STOOOOOPID.

Now.  It's Tini time!  We're going to watch our Hoosiers!

How does smith’s self-serving testimony change any undisputed extrinsic facts about  the obvious problems in his tactics and actions?  I’ll stipulate that everything he said about Trump he believes to be true. That doesn’t change anything

Why don’t you watch and/or read it and provide a critique of something that actually was said during the hearing. Otherwise you’re just not making interesting posts on this.

@aloha-hoosier Because Colorado Hoosier is spot on.  It is self-serving BS!  Who cares.  The prosecution was terrible.  Want evidence of same?  Show me the convictions.  They had more than enough time to prosecute and irrefutable evidence and they botched it.  You will argue like few I have ever met from a position of being on the wrong side over and over again.  It's very odd.

@aloha-hoosier Please permit to educate you.  Because this is very, very simple.  This was a political prosecution that came with risk.  Because if President Trump got off it would backfire on the prosecution.  The evidence they had clearly implicated President Trump.  So they said let's go forward.  But their lawyering, their procedure, was so incompetent that it allowed for the matter to drag on and on and ultimately timed out.  Now Smith is doing a self-serving resurrection tour.  He's as shitty of a lawyer as Chris Darden and Marsha Clark.  Just move on.  Express your TDS outrage over Trump's tweets.  This is also the wrong venue.

@aloha-hoosier Why are you laughing?  Say thanks.  I didn’t know any better. I get it now.

When you go for your evaluation write this  down: Pseudobulbar Affect.  Share it with your examiner.
