But I think Spartan has it right. His work ethic is limited to what it takes to be in the limelight. He was convinced his spotlight would shine on the players, making them more valuable for deals and for the NFL. The NFL doesn't care about the spotlight, and the only people who care about the spotlight in Boulder want to see wins.

That's probably a good starting point, but I'd put a large wager that those numbers aren't correct.
They have Ro Hardy at 138K while having Kaiden Turner at 379K.

@spartans9312 Yeah I’ve heard one of the players talking about how different things were this year, because before Deon kind of just told them to play ball, not that many set plays, etc. Sounds a lot like Cig. LOL

You have to do prep..watch film, develop scouting report and game plan…he doesn’t like to put in that work…now watch them go to Baylor and win this week. He did recruit players this last year as opposed to just looking at rankings. My guess is he needs more involvement in the day to day operations. He can be successful
One of these each year - UofL, UK and Navy. All teams that have beaten us in the past but teams we can beat now. I was at the last two games IU played against Navy at home and at the USNA. We lost both games, but they were both pretty high scoring and entertaining. I want UK because I hate UK. UofL because my sister and BIL have sweet season tickets so I can go when they play at UofL.
