@mcm666 Well, that’s bad enough, but the judicial system is a horrible culprit in this case. The murderer has multiple convictions, but he’s out on the street. The “judge” - and I use that term under protest, given she’s not a lawyer and had a vested interest in getting this cretin into some kind of program which apparently benefits her - let the guy go based on a “written promise” to come back or whatever. This no-cash-bail shit has to end.
Bartenders can be held liable for over-serving. Why can’t judges who keep releasing these rodents back to the streets be held to a similar standard?

@univee2 bail projects soros soros enamored judges and prosecutors put us all at risk. Bartenders can’t but the bar can. Typically if they over serve you by clear and convincing and you hurt a third party not yourself. Now ya know lol
