A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
isn't it all relative?
Trump probably considers most people to have "super intelligence" lol

Ha - yes. I'm going to send him a thank you note for pointing out that the word 'dumb' has a 'b' at the end of it.

I agree with him artificial intelligence is a misnomer. So is super intelligence. The essential misnomer is the word intelligence....using the term 'artificial intelligence' or 'AI' I'm going to turn you in as the enemies of the state you are. This is your one and only warning!
Better would be to replace intelligence with processing. This actually accentuates Trump’s point, because it really sounds weird to say artificial processing, whereas super processing shifts the focus entirely to scale and capability. It acknowledges that the machine isn't doing anything fundamentally different from a standard computer, but it is doing it at an extraordinary, human-surpassing scale and speed. It successfully strips away the illusion of conscious thought while more accurately representing the massive operational power of the technology.
it also leads to a differentiation between super computing and super processing. Super computing would have to do with the astonishing capabilities of the hardware, whereas super processing is the astonishing capability of the software.

I can't find the source, but my friend was telling me that all the tech execs have been talking about referring to AI as SI for a little while anyway. My hunch is that in one of these summit/meetings they mentioned that to Trump and he just decided to take it as his idea.
