80% of what she got was through the qualified domestic blah blah from my 401.
I was able to negotiate that her distribution totally came from my Traditional side of the 401 and ZERO from the Roth side of my 401.
that’ll cost her 100k in taxes in the future that she nor her lawyers figured out.

yes I know I should, and will, consult my investment guy, but I feel there’s some folks here that could have some respectable comments.
As a financial advisor for 26 years, I would say i don't have enough info. Are the houses paid for? Are they rentals? How much equity? What cap gains do you have in the brokerage? What's your annual income? Can you borrow against your 401k? Any Roths? Any other assets like cars, tractors, etc?
