Well that sucks. Dispensaries around me are frequently selling 10 packs of gummies 100mg for $5. But most were made last year and are expiring in a month. They just produce way too many or no one is buying them?

I'm fine with the Delta 9 gummies I buy online out of Wisconsin. I'm not looking to get high; I use them as a sleep aid and they have relieved a good amount of my prostate symptoms (nocturia). If it takes a trip to Terre Haute (then crossing over) to get something that does the trick, so be it.
Who needs dispensaries and gummies? Can still buy weed off the streets and get recipes for making edibles off the internet. This just shows how stupid our govt. is. The main reason hemp was banned in the 1st place is because it could interrupt some big industry with better cheaper products like textiles and the paper industry. It threatened rich F's who were invested in those and other industries.

They(the hemp industry) has a year to craft a bill that covers all the concerns people have. Regulation, taxation, etc. I'm pretty confident they will and it will pass. Intoxicating hemp products will most likely be turned over to the ATC to govern. Like alcohol. Regulation is needed big time. Right now it's the wild wild West. It's being sold in gas stations next to the bubble gum. Which is ridiculous.

Not hemp derived THC and that's one of the problems. You have to go to a licensed dispensary to get cannabis THC but can go to a gas station and get the Hemp derived? Make that make sense.
