Not sure what forum platform software is being used.... But you guys really need to look into using Xenforo, since it's what everyone is basically used to and has the functionality users are going to demand.
I'm happy to subscribe here and support you guys, but this forum software isn't going to cut it if you want to maintain some engagement, long term

@co-hoosier On the left, under your user name, which is in parentheses, there are about five small icons, I believe, one of which is the “gear” icon. Click on that and all kind of information pops up, allowing you to add/change an avatar/signature and other stuff.

Google Images - click on the picture you want to enhance it - right click to bring up a menu of options - "Copy Image Address" - then just paste it in this box. No need to use any of the other icons at the top like other sites.
