That was manipulated to make it look affordable. All the things I said would happen to make that CBO score a lie actually came to pass. The first one being that they would not ever allow the "Cadillac tax" pass. It never did. I didn't say it was secure but if you're gonna mail ballots shouldn't it be based on the postmark (within reason)? I have always thought that mail-in ballots should be limited to the few that really need them. Too many people want to fix it so a voter doesn't have to do anything....not even leave their house. Most industrialized countries have a lot stricter requirements that the US. Before voter ID in IN it would have been easy for me to cheat.Exactly my point. There are dozens of ways deliver a ballot. Going by postmark is among the least secure and least reliable. It is the easiest to corrupt the actual delivery.
