You should move to Ohio. Its state government is under a Republican supermajority until at least 2032. Outside of the three Cs (and Athens), most of the state is super red. The next governor will probably be either Vikek Ramaswamy or Jim Tressel. They just passed Senate Bill 1 that keeps the state's thumb on academic institutions.
