There is no contradiction when one is coerced and blackmailed into some level of dependency upon an entity they abhor.
Big Pharma is the yetzer hara of this era.
You must think they are providing you a necessary service. Why else would you use their product? I don’t think you would voluntarily allow them to murder you. Business model and all that
