Iran is a theocracy. Its leadership is focused on Islam, not mundane things like economic well-being and quality of life that countries attempt to improve. From indiscriminate rocket attacks from Muslims in Palestine and Lebanon, to 9/11 to October 7, to Paris concert venues, people do, not just crazy things, but despicable things, to advance religious beliefs. I don’t know if the Mullahs would use a nuke, but I believe their decision-making is different from others who have nukes.

Furthermore, Osama was not a mullah. Iran need only supply a nuke to another actor.
Iran will still eventually nuke Israel unless another Israeli enemy does it first.
Maybe Iran will try but might Jesus then reveal himself to Israel as their Messiah and stop Iran?
