@ohio-guy judge can deviate from guidelines but goat is right he won’t walk. Who knows what his presentence report points etc look like. Under what he’s been convicted I bet he gets to keep all his shit. If it’s “clean” I bet he gets five or six years. If it’s bad could be pain.

Don't trust my math, please. People who know better are saying 4-5 years is more likely. I'm surprised he'd get that many deductions from the max, but maybe they are figuring they will run concurrent.
