I'm not really conversant in the technical details. Is the FTCA a different avenue than a Bivens claim? Either way, tough bar to clear to get any sort of satisfaction.
@goat it is different. bivens is for constl violations. seizures and shit. you can certainly do it. but imo rolling with a tort is easier. that's what the ftca is. FTCA is the same elements basically as all the malicious prosecution state claims. that said i think bives gives punies but i could be wrong adn the ftca doesn't
