@bradstevens the impression I’m getting is there has been a non stop crowd of people blocking that gate for vehicles going in and out. Look at the video Dbm shared. They’re practicing how to not move. What you describe would take too long and grind operations to a halt.
Physically move them out of the way and then arrest them.
I think that’s a bad look. It’s exactly what these insurrectionist-obstructors want–military looking dudes masked up bum rushing a fat, middle-aged woman (in other words, helpless) and pushing her to the ground.
If the lady stands in front of your vehicle blocking your way, you politely but firmly tell her to move. If she does not, you tell her you will arrest her if she does not move. If she does not, one man gently attempts to cuff her. If she resists, three men hold her and cuff her.
If it happens again, you keep arresting people. If it happens often enough, Trump invokes the Insurrection Act.
That's how it's supposed to work. It's called Civil Disobedience.

Breaking the law to expose it for the injustice it is.
Well, they're not quite doing that, though, are they? When it was illegal for black people to sit at the lunch counter or in the front of the bus, they sat in the front and sat at the lunch counters.
That analogy, then, doesn't quite hold. These people are obstructing federal officials from doing their jobs. Are you saying them driving in and out of their facility is unjust?
It is also severely antidemocratic and so hypocritical for a group who has spent the last decade complaining about "threats to democracy."
