if the military wanted to keep this new construction under wraps, they shouldn’t have told Fat Lips about it.

We can't just leave it like it is, so it needs to get done.

Turn it into a garden with organic arugula, collard greens, and kale.

Doesn’t it grind your gears that Pritzker and the shitlibs in Springfield are dragging their feet passing the necessary public infrastructure improvements for a new Bears stadium in Arlington Heights, but they’ll gladly drop 200 million in the same for the Obama monstrosity in Jackson Park?

They could rebuild what they tore down.  Something needs done but it doesn't necessarily need to be the unapproved plans that trump is trying to push

So only costing a small fraction of what 1 day in the Iran war is costing us.

Don't pretend to care about waste if you are only mentioning waste on 1 side of the aisle

Trump could cure death and you'd oppose it.

My understanding is that the ballroom is privately funded whereas Obama's monument to himself is costing the locals millions.

The Iran war is necessary. I hope that Trump stays the course until the Iranian regime is eradicated.

The Iran war wasn't necessary just because orange dipshit said so.

And bribery for the ballroom is much worse than wasting taxpayer money

"CBS News reported last week that corporate and individual donors have pledged nearly $200 million to cover construction costs, and fundraising is ongoing. Google, R.J. Reynolds, Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Palantir and NextEra Energy have donated, sources told CBS News, and so have firms in the tech, manufacturing, banking and health industries."

Those aren't donations, those are investments.  This is a waste of resources, I don't care how nice it looks.
