Hah, good stuff! I've noticed that many if not most Asian owned restaurants I visit these days are still primarily staffed by Asians in the front, but the back of the house is primarily Central and South American staffed.

@bradstevens he's getting chunky. the crazy bit is that he had a stroke. and i guess he likes it very spicy. so while he's eating, his one eye that's already bigger grows to about triple the size of the other eye as he's trying to fight off the spices. he has this oversized big bowl and he pours all of it in there. the whole scene is pretty awful
