And is getting sued.

The song is called "Lemon Pound Cake" after an officer eyed his pound cake during a raid on his home.

This lawsuit highlights the dangers of being a spectator. You just never know what’s going to upset you next…

Yeah, it's embarrassing they even brought this case.

Almost like it was on a dare, or a knee jerk reaction to the relentless shit talking by the other officers.

I honestly can't fathom the amount locker room humor that resulted from that song.

Edit - I didn't realize the verdict was announced yesterday

The sheriff‘s feelings got hurt because hundreds of poundcakes were sent to him. Makes sense to me. All day every day.

This dude is a national treasure. He's wearing that suit to court??!!

Let's get him on a ticket with Valentina Gomez and finally put this country right!

Does the sheriff even realize he made more of a fool of himself suing than from Afroman’s video?

Interestingly, Afroman is likely to do more for social justice for blacks with his humorous music than BLM + defund police + woke white bs combined. Idiots.

It has the political power of John Kerry flip-flopping on a sailboard.

Another reason to dislike Trump.  She never should have been snubbed.
