Dave Ramsey gives out financial advice for simpletons but it's hilarious to listen to his show and realize how dumb 80% of this country truly is. To get into the top 20% wealth wise you really don't need to be that smart or make a ton of money. Just spend on things you really need and keep stacking the rest in your 401k and index funds.

The conspiratorial part of my brain tells me that if you dig far enough, you’ll find Iranian money and influence in these campaigns.
Iranian, Chinese, Russian, N Korean, etc. They've been doing this for over a decade. It's what everyone misses about 2016: it's an absolute fact the Russians were meddling in the election. But they were also ginning up hatred and outrage on the extreme on both sides. Mostly for Trump, it is true, but that's mainly because everyone--including the Russian intelligence agencies (and Trump)--thought Hillary would win. They wanted to delegitimize her regime from the jump.
