@carramrod I could probably still name most of the lineup of the 85 87 teams.  Haven’t paid an ounce of attention in 15 years.  

I guarantee you pca guy could walk into a mall in 99,9 percent of America and no one would have a clue who he is.  Baseball is horrible at marketing its players

@larsiu you’ll appreciate this.  So I turned 55.  Immediately got roped into playing in an o55 tournament.  We had “practice “ this week. At the end of it we just started hitting pks.  One after another. Until our entire team. 22 guys were around the spot.  Just fucking burying them. 14. 15. 18. 21 in a row.  And as we’re standing huddled around. Watching one after another. One of the guys mumbled:   

Our 60 year old goalie.  

I immediately fell to the ground and bust in tears laughing.  He just looked like some fucking old man standing there.  Like a Monty python skit
