One of the tickets was sold at a north Stl co town called Spanish lake. Poor. 80 percent black. So good shit. Odds are good that it was someone who needed it. One comment on a local site “damnnnnnn. Someone bout to get those temp tags off the Altima.” Another “Rent & Roll bout to be rockin”
