Word press is attempting to renew my subscription. Since I have nerver done business with them, I don't have passwords to to communicate with them to not renew. How do I cancel my subscription if I decide to?

@kojoe

1) I have reached out to the developer about this. He said he had set it to not renew for anyone who signed up early, before we redid the site. (I am trying to double confirm this is the case).

2) If you click on your name on the top right (desktop) or right under the subscribe button (mobile) it should take you to your profile page with a manage subscriptions.

@thehoosierhuddle I am assuming that I am looking at a "Hoosier Huddle" subscription charge when I see "Word Press" with my credit card infomation and a charge of $15.00. If I am correct, please ask them to identify the subscription for which I am being charged as I don't wish to be wondering again a year from now. If this is not a Hoosier Huddle charge, please tell me and I will take it up with my bank.

@kojoe I believe it is the original HH charge from July 2025. If you want to renew, it'll be $30 as that initial deal ended, but if there is a $15 charge again this July let me know and I will refund you. I am still awaiting confirmation on whether or not that issue was fully addressed.

That's too cheap. Make it $49.95/yr or $5/mo.

I must have missed something, do we not renew it through the Wordpress when it comes up?  Are we supposed to do a new subscription through HH.

@bbh42 I will get you a better answer, but I have set all subs to end July 1 and then you can renew. When we redid the site we changed to MemberPress to handle memberships, so it all got jumbled.

I can't hang around in the same places they do.  You have to show your W2 to get into their club and I can't make it past the guy at the door.
