Hello Hoosier Huddle Members,
This will only affect annual memberships, so if you go month-to-month you can ignore this. July 1st will be the renewal date. However, since we re-did the site over the fall we had to transfer how we took memberships and payments. To combat being double-charged and other headaches, we are going to PAUSE payments on all annual memberships. The renewal price is $30/year for everyone as opposed to the launch special of $15.
This means you can manually renew it or reach out to me and I will change your settings.
To manually update your subscription, users will look for their user name in red font at the top right of the page on desktop and under the subscribe button on mobile.
Click on the user name and it will take you to your profile page with options to look at your subscriptions and payments etc.
IF you have any issues, tech support will be available on the 1st to help out. You will need to email me at thehoosierhuddle@gmail.com and include your user name, email associated with the account and your specific issue (as much detail as possible) and I will pass it on.
If you should be double-charged, reach out as quickly as possible and we will rectify it. Refunds usually take a week to go back on your cards.
