According to the fantastic Jeff Rabjohns of peegs.com...sources tell him that IU and Baylor are discussing an exhibition game to be played at Gainbridge Fieldhouse prior to the 2025 season tips off. IU's second exhibition game would take place in Assembly Hall. The Hoosiers open the regular season on November 5.
Details should emerge over the next few weeks and keep in mind, IU has three games in Puerto Rico on a trip from August 5 to August 12.
If this happens, hopefully we aren't given false hope like last season vs. Tennessee.
Good. The more prep before the season the better.
Very glad to hear this. As Tammany said, more or less, this team needs all the pre-season reps it can get.
@gthomas I never understood that. An exhibition game is an exhibition. Not the same intensity. Don’t know why people got so hyped.
@gthomas We do want to win though.
While I regarded God as a tyrant I thought my sin a trifle; But when I knew Him to be my Father, then I mourned that I could ever have kicked against Him. When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good.” C. H. Spurgeon

I doubt we will. As far as I can tell, all of the pro Woodson trolls have vanished from all the IU sites and nobody else is going to hype up the mundane like they did.
@surjay You underestimate me. I can troll with the best of ‘em 😎

Thank goodness. I’m also hoping accounts like Tyme and Scott Dolson’s Burner keep fading away. They should — most or all of their sources should be gone with the whole coaching staff turning over.

The hyper pro Woodson Burner's are indeed mostly dead (or they've changed their content now that Woodson was canned. Most likely having lost their funding/incentives).
“Fantastic Jeff Rabjohns”….this might make me cancel…..WTF TJ.

Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.
