I lose more and more interest in college bbal by the day. I know some dont care because as long is you win it does matter but to me its nothing more than another pro league at this point. Might as well give them 10 years of eligibility at this point. I will likely be attending alot of high school games this winter.
Agreed. Although I lose interest in all spectator sports as I age. Do they matter? No... But the college scene, yeah, way more so - due to it no longer being college sports.
But I've been waiting so long for us to be good in basketball again, and pretty much the same amount of time post-Mallory for any football to cheer about. That I intend to stick with college sports until I see the Hoosiers on top. I saw a title in football. Amazing! Now need one in basketball!
After that happens, if ever in basketball, I can ride off and watch or do other things.
But as long as I'm still invested in college sports at all, may as well enjoy riding this tidal wave of IU football success. It's awesome.
