That rule is still unclear to me, but I think you can call timeout if your feet (or one foot??) are/is on the ground ... even if you're falling out of bounds.And now they allowed MIA player to call TO while going out of bounds. I thought they outlawed that?

If I'm honest, I'll admit to pulling for Purdue. They represent the state well, the B1G, and show how a well run program the four year players can have sustained success. We should be so lucky.
