@tjinman1987 The evolution of IU's return to prominence...in my opinion, will look a little like this.
Hire a basketball coach that has proven himself to be a good basketball mind, and capable of building successful teams quickly.
Have a solid first season, playing a very appealing style of basketball.
Land some notable elite level guys in his first class that he had some time with...both from HS ranks, and then also from portal and/or foreign pools.
Bring a handful of key players back from team 1, to help with program continuity.
Year 2 is better, earlier, and the level is raised to the point where the team is a threat to make some noise in March.
Year 2/3 offseason builds on first two seasons, more good kids brought in, a little more depth of experience returning.
Year 3...its on...
@hoosiers94 I'm not being argumentative or combating your point but what things are occurring that would generate a ton of conversation? We will be covering/discussing the games in Puerto Rico, Big Ten Media Days for football (which are mostly useless if we are being honest) and then thankfully football practice will start and it starts to get fun and busy! But for now, what would be generating a lot of conversation and what would you like to see written about? Thanks!
This forum has been around for two weeks. That’s a pretty short amount of time.
it's nothing to do with your coverage per se , at least my original thought On3 does have quite a bit more being published.
my point was more to do with the lack of subscribers chiming in. Yes I know it's Summer. I know it's typically slow in the Summer. Been on this since 2001. But this has been a lot slower than normal. That's all. I'm sure it has to do with the change over. There are some that are here , some on On3 and some of us on both. Some have left what was rivals and gone a whole other direction. That's what I'm referring to ... it's a bummer but it's life. Only time will tell what or how your site does. I subscribed and I'll wait to see.

There is no normal here yet. Now compared to what you were used to with Rivals in years past, yes, it may be a bit slower. Time will tell where we end up.
