just a huge win for tourney hopes. Win the last 3 at home and one in the B1G tourney for good measure and we are in. Win one on the road and the last 3 at home 100% in. I’d say we need 4 more wins in any way shape or form.
Ugly ugly win but we'll take it. If you had told him before the game that Dorn wouldn't score, Conerway wouldn't play, we would shoot 23% from 3 and still win I would've thought you insane.
Forgot we have 4 home games left with MSU. We should make the tourney. Get it done at home boys.
@ams66 Even Fisch had to ask that question today. You're in good company
Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle
@cavanagh You are making good sense and being logical. The problem I have is lack of trust in the selection committee. My comfort level for a tournament bid would be satisfied with 4 more conference wins. Oregon, Northwestern, Minnesota plus one more win out of the remaining 4.
@thenickeldimer Not only that, but Gard has had four years to recruit and prepare his team for this season, and Devries has his team playing excellent defense.
if what happened at the end of that game happened to us.....ie, the tables were turned
we'd all be losing our minds
if we had anybody besides enright and wilkerson not peeing down their leg the last 10 minutes.....
we'd have won that game comfortably.

Sometimes I think Enright just looks completely out of control, frenzied. But his hustle and energy helps more than it hurts. We definitely missed him today when he sat out with fouls.

As the old saying goes, they found a way to win.
Refs tooketh away, then they giveth.
Whew. A win.
I thought both fouls were plausible. We had hard bumps like Wilks got, called against us way after the bump itself also. And Enright hustled... That is it.
Had very nice seats at the game, and thought then that the Enright call was correct. and the Wilkerson call was a gift. After watching the replay, I think the Wilkerson call was 100% correct and the Enright call was a gift. Enright is very good at causing confusion.
