To win on a day IU made 5 threes is even more impressive.
IU did escape with the win though. It was about as close as you can get
Had to have that one in my opinion. Tourney team comes to town; we must win at home to stay off bubble if we can get off at all. I like the style. Players seemed to have figured out they can play in the B1G. (Excellent) Look forward to the future. He's a good coach. Got a good sideline demeanor. Becoming a fan. Go Hoosiers!

@gthomas fair enough. This a a lot better than mediocre IMO, especially the shitty brand of ball that has been stuffed down our pie holes…

I'm still a skeptic, but I feel much better about DD the last month or so. There might be something there ... but I'm not willing to eat shit just yet. If this keeps up, though, I might very well be reaching for a plate and fork.@gthomas fair enough. @doggy1 There are 100% limitations on what this version of IUBB can do because of personnel, but I really like the structure of the offense. I think the defense is affected by the lack of size and the tendency to be a little too aggressive. I thought the fact CDD did not bring in officials to make calls during preseason practices was a risk. It may have created some bad habits for some of the players (also Big Ten refs are awful).
I also think his short rotation is concerning at times and fatigue sets in and IU seems to slow things down to get some in game recuperation. However, I do like how he uses his time outs most of the time and while there have been mistakes, this team has gotten better. They are trending in the right direction and should be into the NCAA Tournament barring some sort of collapse down the stretch.
It'll be a massive offseason for him and the staff to build a more balanced roster, but they have had a solid season so far. I said between 9-11 Big Ten wins preseason and they are on track for that.
@thehoosierhuddle 💯. I’m mostly speaking on ball movement, shot selection, intensity, etc….Light years different. Not to mention, all these kids are likable. Been a minute…
