Quick 6-0 run by the Bears extends the lead to 22-13 and Darian DeVries takes a timeout. IU turned it over against the press and gave up a layup, Lamar Wilkerson missed a triple (good look though) and Baylor got another.
Out of the timeout, Wilkerson missed two more open shots before slashing and hitting a layup with a really good pass from DeVries.
IU getting exposed athletically and if the three fall isn't falling this is what is going to happen. IU down 11 at the Under 8 TO. The Hoosiers are 4-8 on layups as well.
IU is unable to finish much of anything around the rim due to Baylor's length. The Bears lead 31-20 with 6:49 remaining in the first half.

8-1 scoring run for IU with good adjustments on offense that resulted in open looks at the basket. Baylor responds with a triple and a breakaway dunk to extend the lead back to 11. DeVries makes the extra pass and Conerway connects on a three. Good basketball from both teams for a stretch here. It's 37-29 with 2:48 remaining in the first half.
After a big Baylor run, Indiana punches back. Indiana starting to run their offense better and control some pace of play.
IU had the lead down to 6, but a Baylor three and a steal with a dunk stopped the momentum
Wilkerson and DeVries have combined for 25 of IU's 29 points.
Tucker DeVries with an outstanding lob pass to Sam Alexis for an and-one. Alexis had sealed his defender really well and made the catch and finish. 38-32 Baylor.
Hoosiers trail 41-36 at halftime. This has been a game of runs so far. IU is 8-8 from the free throw line and just 2-10 from three. IU has gotten some real good looks from beyond the arc, but they haven't fallen.
