Looks like the Hoosiers are slated to take the court Monday and Thursday this week.
4 games will be played before we see our gridiron Hoosiers again against USC.
I really want to see our interior guys absolutely dominate offensively one or two of these buy games to establish confidence and become an aspect of this team that can be relied upon night in and night out.
In an aside, Logan Duncomb starts for Notre Dame and went 1-2 from three today in the Irish win over Villanova with a solid effort by the looks of the box score?
Get to begin game day with the first half of Reneau vs Florida.
Then the Hoosier debut.
Then hopefully finish up pointing and laughing at Purdue getting blown out against Gonzaga in one of the Vegas ballrooms.
Be a shame if it's the slippery floor ballroom that tore up Grace Berger's leg her senior season.
@middawg Kind of a big sports night for my household... Youngest son has an 8th grade basketball game... then College bball starts, obviously highlighted by the Hoosiers, then Bears at Seahawks.
I feel like this might be the least I've ever paid attention to an IU basketball team, from April through November. I think one of the obvious causes for that is a twinge of apathy. But beyond that, only 3 freshmen for the 27' class so far... and Branham made his commitment last year, the German kid's recruitment popped up and ended very quickly... so Wabbington's was really the only "normal" one this offseason that we had to follow. And then after the flurry of transfer activity initially, just not a ton of noteworthy stuff to focus on.
But I'm excited now! And I'm anxious to see what they look like.
May the odds be forever in our favor this season as IU basketball fans.
Seems improbable IUBB teams roll snake eyes and underperform moderate expectations for an 11th consecutive season.
