Ferrell for sure starts, then you're looking at old friend Louis Moore, NC State transfer Devan Boykin, four star FR Byron Baldwin, Jah Jah Boyd. Rover will be interesting too.
Good question -- I can't tell exactly how Louis and Devan will be used, but they're going to play a lot.
Who steps up in that next group is very interesting (you've got Bonds in the mix too) -- a lot of unproven guys. I'd guess Baldwin from the chatter? Would be cool to see a top recruit contribute right away.
This is one position we don't need injuries.

If Boykin stays healthy, I think he's our rover. Lou Moore probably starts at the other safety spot.
If one of them goes down though, it could bet dicey. Depth could be an issue back there. It wouldn't surprise me to see a corner make a switch to safety if need be.
Baldwin will be first up if not a starter by conference season
