Really enjoy hearing from players.

@irregulars Yeah, I don't know how they assess it, but I think the real "recruiting secret" to the staff is the quality of character they get in recruits and transfers. Every player sounds impressive. I think it will be a challenge as we start getting more interest from high level recruits like Sales, is finding the ones whose heads haven't gotten too big and still want to be coached hard and focus on improvement.

@kkott They are high character, even with Burrus's incident, which is a bad look. But a moment where both young people can be taught a lesson and be better for it.

@kkott just an evolving set of variables for this staff as success builds around the program.  Really fun to watch and you are correct with your observation.

I’m constantly impressed when our guys get in front of the mic.  Awesome culture.
