Breaking Tyrone Burrus Reportedly Arrested

A screen shot of a police report was made public on X tonight that IU DL Tyrone Burrus had been arrested on strangulation charges. An IU Spokesman said “IU Athletics is aware of the situation. We will continue to gather facts, cooperate with and monitor the legal process, and take further action as the evolving situation warrants.”

If the two people directly involved want to drop the matter, and no bystanders suffered any harm, I don't see the point in prosecuting anyone. Very similar to the Chris Beard situation, really.
